We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials at any point.
03 Why we use it
- To take, process, pack and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and delivery updates
- To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and support requests
- To issue a GST-compliant invoice and meet our tax and accounting obligations
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive orders
- To understand which products and pages perform well, in aggregate
- To send marketing messages, but only where you have opted in
04 Consent
By placing an order you consent to us processing the data needed to fulfil it. Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and every one carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may still need to retain records required by tax or company law.
06 Payment data
Payments are handled entirely by our UPI payment gateway on its own secure infrastructure. We receive only the transaction reference and the result. No card data is stored on our systems, consistent with the Reserve Bank of India's tokenisation guidelines.

Once a retention period ends the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
08 Security
The site runs over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. Access to order data is restricted to authorised staff and protected by individual credentials. Databases sit behind server-level access controls and are backed up regularly.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
09 Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- Ask us to erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
- Withdraw consent to processing that relies on consent
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- Raise a grievance about how we have handled your data

11 Children
We sell clothing for boys, but the account holder must be an adult. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Orders for children should be placed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the website.
